Free and Quick Connectivity Available to Everyone

The airline revealed that the free, “fast and dependable” connectivity service from the satellite provider is set to be accessible for passengers in economy, premium economy, and first class from next month.

Widespread Implementation Throughout Various Airlines

The parent company of BA, IAG, stated it had reached an partnership with Starlink to offer connectivity services across 500-plus planes within their carriers, which also include the Irish airline, the Spanish carrier, plus the low-cost airline.

The airline stated that this implementation of the system was included in a seven billion pound “upgrade” plan that will provide lag-free internet access for passengers from the gate to landing, including when they are flying above oceans and remote regions.
